What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut x Fantacalcio.it Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective Revolut Personal customers and potential customers of Fantacalcio.it residing in Denmark, Estonia, Italy and Sweden (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to receive:

• 12 months of Fantacalcio.it Premium App Leghe Fantacalcio’s subscription plan (the “Subscription Offer”).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. When participating in this Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as:

• the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 25 September 2024 (00:00 GMT+2) and 28 September 2025 (00:00 GMT+2). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
• be at least 18 years of age.

You must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• click on the Promotion unique link – this will be provided via social media, Leghe Fantacalcio®, email, or website;
• successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

How do I start my Subscription Offer?

If you are an Eligible Participant and have completed the Required Steps within the Promotion Period, you will be eligible for a Subscription Offer.

Within 5 business days from successfully opening your Revolut account, Revolut will send you a unique code by email. Once you click on “Claim offer” in this email, you will be redirected to Fantacalcio.it or the Fantacalcio app, where your code can be redeemed.

The applicable terms and conditions for the Fantacalcio.it Premium App Leghe Fantacalcio account will apply to you during your Fantacalcio.it Subscription Offer. Please ensure you are aware of the terms and conditions and any charges that are applicable to your Fantacalcio.it account.

On the expiry of your Fantacalcio.it Subscription Offer, your Fantacalcio.it Premium App Leghe Fantacalcio will stop. If you wish to continue using your Fantacalcio.it Premium App Leghe Fantacalcio account, you will need to pay the relevant charges for the subscription to Fantacalcio.it in line with their terms and conditions.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through via social media, Fantaeuropeo app, email, or website. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Fantacalcio.it Subscription Offer. You must contact Fantacalcio.it directly in relation to any questions or concerns about their service.
5. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice. Fantacalcio.it will process your personal data in line with their own privacy notice and they will send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Fantacalcio.it you must manage your marketing preferences with Fantacalcio.it directly as this is outside of Revolut’s control.
6. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the following Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
