Rock en Seine 2025 x Revolut - Always-on Ticket discount for Customers

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing Personal customers residing in Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Sweden, Slovakia and the United Kingdom (the “Eligible Markets”), the opportunity to participate in the Rock en Seine 2025 x Revolut Always-on Ticket Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”) for an opportunity to receive an exclusive discount of 10€ (or currency equivalent) for the Rock en Seine Tickets (the “Discount”) for the five-day festival held from 20 August 2025 to 24 August 2025 when paying through Revolut Pay.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the steps set out in these Promotion Terms before the end of the Promotion Period, set out on the Rock en Seine website (the “Promotion Landing Page”).

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market; and
• be an existing Revolut Personal customer.

You can become an Eligible Participant by successfully opening a Revolut Personal account in an Eligible Market before the end of the Promotion Period indicated in the Promotion Landing Page.

How do I redeem my Discount?

Eligible Participants who purchase a ticket for the Rock en Seine event at Festival Rock en Seine website with an active Revolut card or account will automatically receive a 10€ discount on the final purchase price when paying through Revolut Pay.

Each Eligible Participant can only purchase one Promotion ticket for their personal use. This Promotion does not guarantee availability of tickets, which will be made available on a first come first served basis.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Rock en Seine 2025 in these Promotion Terms refers to GARACA SAS (SIREN 448 253 344).
2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the promotion. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through relevant communication for how the offer was sent. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
4. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. We may decide not permit you to participate in this Promotion if any of the following applies: (a) your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted; (b) you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or (c) you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
6. Please ensure you are aware of the Rock en Seine terms and conditions, as well as the ticketing platform partner terms and conditions. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Rock en Seine and their event.
7. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language must be used, the local language will prevail.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion.
