Primavera Sound 2025 x Revolut - Always-on Ticket discount for Customers

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing Personal customers residing in one of the Eligible Markets set on the promotion landing page, the opportunity to participate in the Primavera Sound 2025 x Revolut Always-on Ticket Discount Promotion (the Promotion).

The Promotion allows an exclusive and unique discount of 10% for the Primavera Sound Events (the Discount).

Primavera Sound Events are as follows:

• Any Primavera Tours concerts in 2024 and 2025, from the start of the Promotion Period;
• Primavera Sound Barcelona: 5-7 June 2025;
• Primavera Sound Porto: 12-14 June 2025.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the steps set out in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?” before the end of the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period will be clearly set out in the Promotion page.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered eligible for this Promotion you must have a residential address in an Eligible Market and be an existing Revolut Personal customer. If you are not eligible for this Promotion, you can become eligible by successfully opening a Revolut Personal account in an Eligible Market.

What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?

Customers who purchase a ticket for any of the above Primavera Sound Events, from the dedicated landing page (third-party ticketing platform) with a Revolut active card or account will automatically receive a 10% discount on the final purchase price.

This Promotion is limited to one 10% discount only for a maximum of 1 ticket and does not guarantee availability of tickets (tickets will be made available on a first come, first served basis).

What other legal information should I know?

1. Primavera Sound 2025 in these Promotion Terms refers to Primavera Sound, S.L.

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the promotion. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will try to give you notice through relevant communication for how the offer was sent. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

5. We may decide not permit you to participate in this Promotion if any of the following applies:

• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Please ensure you are aware of the Primavera Sound terms and conditions, as well as the ticketing platform partner terms and conditions. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Primavera Sound and their event.

7. Employees of the Primavera Sound, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language must be used, the local language will prevail.

9. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Primavera Sound may also collect personal data about you when you purchase tickets to any Primavera Sound Event. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
