When does my billing period start?

Your Revolut for Business account will be billed at the end of the trial period. You will then be billed monthly on an ongoing basis.

What are my payment options?

Revolut for Business is a 12-month subscription with a monthly payment scheme and we offer a 14 day free trial.

After your free trial period, your monthly subscription fee will be be deducted from your Revolut business account balance. The funds will be deducted from your default currency account.

Your monthly charge will depend on the Price Plan you're on, which in turn is determined by the value of flow into the account.

Can I upgrade my plan during my annual contract?

Yes, you can upgrade your pricing plan at any time by visiting Account Settings on your Business portal. If your incoming transfer tips you over the pricing plan thresholds, we will automatically update your plan.

What does instant transfers to companies using Revolut mean?

Money transfers between companies using Revolut for Business are always easy, free and instant. Forget delays in receiving money from your clients. Just ask them to join Revolut for Business and get paid instantly.

Why is there a 2% fee for Revolut for Business card withdrawals?

ATM withdrawals are particularly expensive for us. To ensure we do not lose money on this, we set a 2% fee on all withdrawals (we continue to offer the interbank rate).

Remember, any purchase made on your card is free (and we continue to offer the interbank rate, of course).

Will I be charged a foreign exchange fee when using my Revolut for Business card(s)?

Not at all. Banks usually charge between 2-3% for every overseas card transaction, meaning overseas travel can get expensive very quickly. We’re committed to cutting out the fees to use your money abroad entirely. You can make free purchases with your Revolut for Business card(s) anywhere in the world.

Can I cancel my account within the first 14 days?

Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime within the first 14 days. You won’t be charged anything.

What account will I get?

This depends on the status of your application and our banking partner’s compliance checks. When you first sign up, you will be provided with unique currency accounts for British Pounds (GBP) and Euros (EUR). You can hold and receive money in these currencies via an account number and sort code and IBAN in your company’s name.

You will also be provided with currency accounts in up to 18 other (USD, CAD, AUD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, ILS, INR, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, SGD, TRY, ZAR) currencies with ‘Revolut LTD’ account details. This simply means the sender will need to use your personalised reference number when transferring money to your Revolut account.

Once your account is fully verified, you will be provided with unique account details for up to 25 currencies. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
