Why is my document not matched to an expense?

Sometimes we may get things wrong as the scanning and matching technology is always learning from our customers’ inputs. It will become smarter, in time, which means that the accuracy will improve over time. 

The scanning and matching technology does not currently work on non-Revolut expenses. i.e. we are not able to identify a receipt for transactions made outside of Revolut.
