Local transfers for GBP can take up to 24 hours at most and local EUR transfers can take up to 3 business days. Normally both are completed within a couple of hours.
Incoming international transfers usually take up to 5 working days. Outbound transfers can take 1-3 working days. If you're transferring money to a pooled account, please make sure you use your 8-digit customer reference number as the reference/description for your transfer, or we will have to manually allocate your transfer and there will be a small delay while we do this.
