To be eligible to apply for a loan your business must:
- Be registered in the UK and at least 75% of the beneficial owners of the company must be UK residents
- The business must have been established and trading for a minimum of 18 months
- The business must have filed one set of financial accounts at Companies House encompassing at least 12 months.
