Revolut revamps plans and launches Revolut Plus

Revolut, the UK-based financial superapp, has today announced a revamp of its paid plans and the addition of Revolut Plus, a new affordable £2.99/month option that gives customers a boost in confidence knowing their purchases are protected from theft, damage, or no-returns policies.
Comprehensive purchase protection covers Plus customers up to £1,000, Premium customers up to £2,500, and Metal customers up to £10,000 if their eligible purchases are accidentally damaged or stolen, for a whole year. Paid plan customers can also worry less about returns thanks to extended 90-day refunds for eligible purchases, and book tickets for events without the fear of not being able to attend if things don’t go to plan, with refunds returned straight to their Revolut account.
Revolut Plus customers will also be able to securely spend online with virtual cards, or pay in-store with quick and convenient mobile payment services like Google Pay and Apple Pay. With Revolut Plus, uncertain times won’t stop customers living their best life.
Customers who sign up to Revolut Plus will receive priority customer support through the Revolut app and can get more from their money, with access to stock trading, cryptocurrencies and commodities, while parents and guardians can teach their kids money skills for life with access to up to 2 junior accounts. In addition to this, Revolut Plus customers in the UK can effortlessly grow their savings with daily interest (0.30% AER) from Savings Vaults.

Customers will continue to enjoy a range of everyday benefits such as spending analytics, budgeting tools, open banking connections, Revolut Junior and much more, helping them to get more from their money.
The new and improved plans will be available to Revolut’s customers in the UK today, and will be available to customers in the European Economic Area (EEA)from next week. Revolut plans to introduce Revolut Plus and the revamped plans to other global markets in the near future.
