What is this Promotion about?
As part of the Revolut x Tinder Promotion (the "Promotion”), Revolut is offering selected customers in the United Kingdom (the “UK”), who previously signed up to Revolut through the Tinder partnership but who haven’t yet completed three payments, a Cash Reward Offer if they carry out 10 payments of at least £10 each in one month.
The Cash Reward Offer is £60 in the form of a cash reward (the “Cash Reward”) that you can use for any physical or virtual Revolut card payments. You will have access to the Cash Reward after you make 10 transactions using your physical or virtual Revolut card. Each transaction must be to the value of £10 or more.
In order to receive the Cash Reward you must receive an email communication from Revolut regarding this campaign. You will also need to follow the steps set out in “What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion” and “How do I get my Cash Reward”.
The Promotion will run from 0001 BST on 21 October 2022 to 2359 GMT on 21 November 2022 (we call this the “Promotion Period”).
These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?
To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
- Live at a residential address in the UK;
- Be an existing customer of Revolut Ltd. (You are not eligible for this Promotion if - before the start of the Promotion Period - you did not follow all the steps to open a Revolut personal account, did not complete our Know Your Customer checks and/or closed your Revolut account);
- Have joined Revolut as a customer through Revolut’s partnership with Tinder. This means you must have started the Revolut sign-up journey by clicking on the unique link for the Revolut x Tinder Promotion contained in Tinder’s in-app banners or social media posts (https://www.revolut.com/legal/promotions-revolut-tinder);
- Before the start of the Promotion Period not yet have made three virtual or physical card payments on your Revolut account;
- Receive marketing directly from Revolut about this Promotion so you can follow the below steps to benefit from the Promotion. (You will only receive an email from Revolut if you have already provided your personal data to Revolut and are happy for Revolut to send marketing to you.)
How do I get my cash reward?
To receive the Cash Reward you will need to complete 10 transactions - each with a minimum value of £10 - by the end of the Promotion Period.
Revolut will credit the Cash Reward to your Revolut Account if you complete the transactions and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?”. As long as you make all 10 transactions during the Promotion Period, you’ll receive the Cash Reward. We’ll credit your account with the Cash Reward within seven days of the tenth transaction being completed.
What other legal information should I know?
- This Promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Ltd, a company whose registered address is at 7 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HD;
- We may suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.
- We can cancel this Promotion or change these Promotion Terms at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to reverse any Cash Reward you receive during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned the Cash Reward is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Reward fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut account in order to get the Cash Reward or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of any Cash Reward to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
- If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with any Cash Reward or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Reward and receiving the Cash Reward that you were entitled to under this Promotion, you will lose your entitlement to that Cash Reward.
- Events beyond the control of Revolut may also occur that render the awarding of Cash Reward as part of this Promotion impossible. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
- To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.
