Welcome to the Revolut Premium Discount Promotion – a chance to get a discount on an annual Revolut Premium subscription if you live in any of these countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia or Spain.

What is the discount?

The discount is reflected in the price offered to eligible users for the Revolut Premium subscription, which is set out in the Plans dashboard – follow the steps under ‘I’m eligible, what do I do next?’ below to get to the Plans dashboard.

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

Any Revolut Standard User who is at least 18 years old, living in any of these countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia or Spain.

  • Head to the Revolut App
  • Tap ‘Dashboard’ and ‘Upgrade’ to open the Plans dashboard
  • Choose the Premium tab and upgrade your plan

How long does the Promotion last for?

The Promotion starts at 09:00 GMT on 5th February 2020 and will finish at 21:00 GMT on the 5th July 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). If you sign-up for a Revolut Premium subscription before or after these dates, you will not be eligible for the discount unless you signed up for a Revolut Premium subscription recently in accordance with the below.

What if I signed up for Revolut Premium recently – can I claim the discount?

If you signed-up for a Revolut Premium subscription within two weeks of the start of the Promotion Period (the “Cooling Off Period”), you may choose to cancel your existing Premium subscription within that Cooling Off Period by heading to the ‘Profile’ section of the Revolut App, and then re-subscribe for a 12 month Revolut Premium subscription within the Promotion Period in order to claim the discount in accordance with these Promotion terms. Revolut will then reimburse subscription fees paid by you to Revolut under your existing subscription subject to and in accordance with the Revolut Premium Terms and Conditions.

What happens after the first one-year period?

Once your first annual billing period has expired, the contract will automatically convert into a full price paid Premium Account as advertised on the official Revolut website. If you would like to cancel your Premium Account before the automatic renewal then you will need to do so before the end of the annual period. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What else should I know?

  1. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Revolut Premium Discount. We may do this on an individual or Promotion-wide basis. If we exercise this right we will give advance notice on our website. Please contact support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.
  2. Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and office translation only - no rights shall be derived from the translated version/s. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in legal proceedings.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.

Metal Referral Program

Welcome to Revolut's Metal Referral Program - a program that gives you the chance to get a free Revolut Metal subscription for a year when you refer 5 friends to Revolut.

Who can refer people under this program?

All current Revolut account holders on a standard or Premium plan who receive an invite to the game via a prompt in the app, an email or push notification.

Who can I refer?

You can refer up to 5 of your friends, as long as the people you refer:

  • are brand new Revolut customers (they must not have created a Revolut account before), and
  • are eligible for a Revolut account (e.g. they must be an EEA resident).

So I've referred someone, what's next?

To get your free Metal subscription for 12 months, you'll need to get each of your 5 eligible friends to complete the following actions within the 7 days when you are selected for the program:

  • successfully sign up to Revolut (on any plan);
  • top up their new Revolut account with at least £10 (or currency equivalent);
  • verify their identity; and
  • order a physical Revolut Card.

VISA X Google Pay Campaign

Welcome to Revolut’s VISA X Google Pay Campaign - a campaign that gives you the chance to receive up to 3 free journeys (maximum £2.50 each) when you use Google Pay connected to a Revolut VISA card on TfL ‘Pay As You Go’ journeys.

Who can participate in the Campaign?

In order to participate in this Campaign, you will have to

  • Be a Revolut account holder on a standard, Premium or Metal plan with a Revolut VISA card with the latest version of the Android app;
  • Have a registered Revolut address in London; and
  • Have a phone with Google Pay.

Which journeys are covered?

All applicable ‘Pay As You Go’ journeys on Transport for London or ‘TfL’ up to a maximum value of £2.50 will be covered. This includes all TfL bus journeys, off-peak tube journeys in zones 1 and 2 and peak tube journeys in zone 1. Where the cost of a journey is greater than £2.50, then £2.50 will be provided to you as cashback and you will have to pay the remaining amount in relation to your journey.

How many journeys does this cover?

Up to 3 TfL journeys per person or until 50,000 journeys have been used throughout the entire Campaign. You will be entitled to a maximum of £2.50 cashback per day of travel.

What is a 'journey'?

In these terms and conditions, a 'journey' means one transaction between you and TfL. Due to the way in which TfL charges its customers in one bulk transaction at the end of the day, a 'journey' could consist of multiple trips during a given day.

How do I participate in the Campaign?

  • Link any Revolut VISA card to your Google Pay account;
  • Wait for your TfL Perk (this should arrive in less than 4 hours, but in some cases this may take longer); and
  • Pay with Google Pay on any applicable ‘Pay As You Go’ TfL terminal. Make sure to choose your Revolut Visa card when paying.

What if I don’t have a Revolut VISA Card?

You can order either a physical card (3-5 days delivery) or activate a Revolut VISA virtual card on the Revolut App and instantly link this to Google Pay.

How do I do that?

By following these steps:

  1. Open the Revolut app;
  2. Select ‘Cards’;
  3. Click on ‘get a new Revolut card’ and select ‘Virtual’ or ‘Physical’
  4. Click ‘get card’
  5. Open Google Pay;
  6. Connect your Revolut VISA Physical or Virtual card to Google Pay;
  7. Wait for your TfL perk.

Then you’ll be good to go!

How do I redeem a free journey?

The refund takes place in the form of cashback to a maximum value of £2.50. The cashback will be provided once your TfL transaction has been processed. It can take up to 24 hours to provide your cashback.Please note that all applicable Perks will only be valid for 14 calendar days from the date they are received.

How can I see how many journeys I have left?

After each Perk has been redeemed and the transaction has been processed, you will receive your next Perk until all three have been used. However, the Campaign will end once 50,000 journeys have been redeemed, or the Campaign’s deadline has expired.

How long does the Campaign last for?

The Campaign will start on 23 September 2019 and will end on 7 October 2019 at 11.59 PM. Perks claimed before 7 October 2019 will remain active for 14 days.

What other legal "mumbo jumbo" should I know?

  • Revolut may suspend terminate or change these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
  • Participants who use the Campaign links outside of the Campaign period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  • You can only take advantage of this promotion up to 3 times, as each Revolut account holder is eligible for a maximum of 3 cashback offers.
