How do I activate a new card?

Make a Chip & PIN transaction with your new card, or use an ATM to withdraw cash. Also, you must have completed your identity check to use the card.

For security reasons, our physical cards have contactless and online payments disabled by default.

You can also submit requests to reactivate your card and if you have any troubles with the delivery.
