I have not received my reward for the Referral Campaign. Why?

Make sure the person you invited has completed all of the required steps such as:

  • signing-up using a promo campaign link, 
  • verifying their identity,
  • adds money by debit card or a bank transfer. Please note: internal transfers do not count
  • ordering a physical Revolut card, and 
  • making 3 card payments (can be using a virtual card while they wait for their physical one). 

These card payments do not have to be completed; they can be in pending state. If your friend has performed all the above steps, a reward should already be assigned to your Revolut account.
