Please attempt to resolve this issue with the merchant, and they will quickly issue a refund if having charged you twice by mistake. It could be a payment on hold, which can take up to 15 days to be automatically credited back to your available balance.

Please note, it can take up to 30 days for Visa transactions and up to 45 days for MasterCard transactions for your dispute to be finalised once it is raised by our Chargeback Team.
