I have exceeded all my PIN/CVC tries

If you enter the wrong PIN for your card three times, then we temporarily block your card as a security measure. You can unblock it via the mobile app, by tapping on the card and then "Unblock PIN/CVC".

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can head on over to the 'Cards' tab on the mobile app and then Settings -> PIN and Security Settings to be able to check your PIN.
