Revolut x Sziget Festival 2025 - VIP Metal & Ultra users discount offer

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing Metal and Ultra Personal customers residing in Romania, Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, France, Austria, Bulgaria, Sweden, Italy, Lithuania, Belgium and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Sziget Festival 2025- VIP Metal & Ultra users discount offer (the “Promotion”).

This Promotion provides eligible Metal and Ultra customers with access to discounted Sziget Festival VIP tickets (the "Offer”) when using the single-use promotion code found in the Revolut App (the “PromoCode”). The 2025 Sziget Festival will be taking place between 6 August 2025 and 11 August 2025.

This Offer will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, as per the limits set out below:

1. The first 500 Metal customers to redeem the Offer in-app will receive a Promo Code for a 30 EUR discount when purchasing a Sziget Festival 1-day VIP ticket. In addition to this, the first 100 Metal customers will receive a 1-day pass to the Revolut Stage VIP area at the Sziget Festival.
2. The first 1000 Ultra customers to redeem the Offer in-app will receive a Promo Code which can provide you with either:

• a 30 EUR discount when purchasing a Sziget Festival 1-day VIP ticket; or
• a 100 EUR discount when purchasing a Sziget Festival 6-day VIP pass; and
• in addition to this, the first 100 Ultra customers will receive a pass to the Revolut Stage VIP area at the Sziget Festival (the pass will be a 1-day or 6-day pass depending on the ticket you have purchased).

Please be aware that only Sziget VIP tickets are eligible for this Promotion. If you are an eligible Ultra customer you will be able to use your Promo Code for both Sziget Festivals 1-day and 6-day VIP tickets (subject to availability). Metal customers can only use their Promo Code for the Sziget Festivals 1-day VIP ticket.

To receive the Offer, you must complete the Required Steps set out in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?” between 17 April 2025 (00:00 CET) and 11 August 2025 (23:59 CET). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, and the Paid Plan Terms that apply to your Paid Plan at all times when participating in the Promotion.

Who is eligible for the Discounted Fee?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must have:

• a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• a Revolut Personal account with no restrictions; and
• a Revolut Metal or Ultra Paid Plan. If you do not, you can become eligible if you upgrade to a Revolut Metal or Ultra Paid Plan during the Promotion Period.

What do I need to do to get the Promo Code and redeem the Offer?

This Promotion gives Metal and Ultra customers access to a Promo Code for a discounted Sziget Festival 1-day VIP ticket (Metal customers) or a discounted Sziget Festival VIP 6-day pass (Ultra customers) . For more information about these tickets and their features, please visit the Sziget Festival website: https://szigetfestival.com/en/tickets. The Sziget Festival Visitors Policy applies.

In order to redeem the Offer, you must complete the “RequiredSteps” set out below:

1. Go to your Revolut Plan Hub by clicking on “Profile” in the top left hand corner and then clicking on “Plan”;
2. Once in the Revolut Plan Hub, select the Sziget Subscription;
3. Tap on "Copy code and redeem";
4. You will be sent to the Sziget website where you can select your VIP Ticket;
5. Fill in your personal information (your full name, email address, phone number and address at Sziget’s check-out page (data subject to Sziget’s Privacy Policy);
6. Input your Promo Code at check-out to redeem the Offer (the Promo Code will only allow you to redeem the Offer against one ticket. If you add more tickets to your basket, they will not benefit from this Offer);
7. Select your payment method and enter your details to complete the purchase; and
8. You will receive a confirmation email from Sziget with your VIP ticket and relevant instructions.

We will notify you via the Revolut App or via email if you are among the first 100 Metal or Ultra customers who will be receiving a pass to the Revolut Stage VIP area at the Sziget Festival after all available VIP passes have been allocated.

If this Promotion is not shown to you in the Revolut App, it is not available to you. You will only receive notifications regarding this Promotion from Revolut if you have opted into receiving third party promotions from us. You can do this in the “Security & privacy” section of the app or, if you are on the latest version of our app, you can find this in the “Notification settings” section.

This Offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products with Revolut or Sziget. It cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Sziget Festival in these Promotion Terms refers to Sziget Cultural Management.

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through email or in the Revolut app. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

5. We might not let you participate in this Promotion if any of the following applies:

• we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because you are no longer subscribed to Revolut Metal or Ultra Paid Plans;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Please ensure you are aware of Sziget Festival’s General Terms & Conditions of the Sziget Festival platform. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Sziget Festival and their event.

7. Employees of Sziget Festival, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

9. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Sziget Festival may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Sziget Festival's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Sziget Festival will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Sziget Festival you must manage your marketing preferences with Sziget Festival directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and laws of the country where you live.
