Yes. You can receive refunds into your Revolut account, as long as your original payment was made with a Revolut physical, virtual or disposable virtual card – even if the card has been deleted or cancelled. For transactions you made in person, the refund will appear in your account 5-7 working days after the merchant approves it. Refunds for e-commerce transactions may take longer.
If you have not received a refund promised by the merchant, please contact the merchant first before filling out our online chargeback form for our team to help. In order to complete the chargeback process, we will need the proof of your purchase and evidence of your attempt to resolve the issue with the merchant.
Please note, this process may take up to 50 days as we are obliged to give the merchant time to respond.
