I did not receive my tracking number

At present, we are unable to offer real-time tracking services for standard deliveries, however, an estimated delivery date will be displayed in the 'Cards' tab.

You can only track your parcel if you are on the premium or metal plan or have paid for priority delivery. In this case, the tracking number will be available once your card has been posted. To view the status of your delivery, simply head to the 'Cards' tab.

In certain circumstances you might be unable to track your delivery or view tracking number when your card has been already posted. It can happen when delivery information is updated with delay.

Please wait an additional day for the details to be updated and chat to us if you still need assistance ("?" icon at the top right of your Profile page -> New chat).
