This can occur due to one of the following reasons:
- You don't have any director living within the EEA, in which case we won't be able to accept your application;
- We need a clearer live photo of the provided document (please make sure that the document is fully within frame, without cropped corners or watermarks). If the director is a resident within the EEA/ Switzerland, but not an EEA native, we’ll require either an EEA issued passport/residence permit/visa type D;
- A technical issue has arisen. In that case, contact our Support team so that we can verify their identity manually.
