My contactless is not working

If you’ve just received your business card, you’ll need to activate contactless by making an initial chip&PIN payment. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

It’s also worth having a look in the Settings tab for your card to make sure that contactless payments are enabled, as well as checking if you have reached contactless spending limit of 150 EUR or equivalent in another currency - you can reset it on Card's settings menu as well.

In a case your card has been suspended on Google or Apple Pay, simply remove your card and add it again.

Please double check that the terminal you’re paying at supports contactless payments. If your physical card has been damaged or has worn out, you can order a replacement in the Cards tab. Your new card should arrive in up to 9 working days, or 3 days for express delivery.
