What is the promotion about?

Revolut Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd (“Revolut”) is offering eligible customers residing in Singapore the opportunity to enjoy 60% off their first foodpanda order, capped at S$10 (the “Promotion”). The full details of the promotion (including timeframes and steps) are outlined in the invite, which you received via email and in-app message (the “Promotion Invitation”) and these terms (the “Promotion Terms”).

These terms set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

The promotion will run from 00:00 SGT on 26 October 2026 until 23:59 SGT on 26 January 2027 (“Promotion Period”).

Promotion Details

Who is eligible to take part in the Promotion?

A “Qualifying Customer” is defined as a customer who:

  1. Lives at a residential address in Singapore;
  2. Has received a Promotion Invitation;
  3. Has passed Revolut ‘Know Your Customer’ checks;
  4. Has an active (not closed, suspended, or restricted) Revolut card; and
  5. Has not placed a foodpanda order in the 12 months before the start of the Promotion Period.

The Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per code per Qualifying Customer.

How do I receive the Promotion?

To receive the Promotion:

  • you can redeem the voucher by following the instructions in the Promotion Invitation; and
  • you must use an eligible Revolut card at checkout to redeem the Promotion.


Key Terms and Conditions of the Voucher

Please note that:

  • Each voucher is valid for three months from the start of the Promotion Period (unless otherwise stated);
  • the Promotion cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed; and
  • the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.

What other legal information should I know?

  1. This Promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, a company whose registered address is at 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877.
  2. The Promotion is governed by these Promotion Terms. Revolut and Delivery Hero (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“foodpanda”) may, at our sole discretion, cancel this Promotion, and/ or suspend, terminate, delete or change these Promotion Terms at any time without notice. Revolut and foodpanda will not be liable for any loss if we do so.
  3. Revolut’s and foodpanda's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at our sole discretion and are final and binding on all participants.
  4. Only users who receive an invitation from us via email and/or in-app message to participate in this Promotion and meet the conditions stated above are eligible for it.
  5. You cannot ask us to invite you to the Promotion if you weren’t selected or ask us to extend it if you missed it.
  6. Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render the awarding of the Promotion impossible. Accordingly, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
  7. These Promotion Terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy translation only. This means you cannot derive any rights from any translated version and only the English version can be used in legal proceedings.
  8. Our approved partners (including foodpanda) will send marketing materials to their existing customers in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from any of the approved partners you must manage your marketing preferences with the approved partners directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit. Revolut will process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to foodpanda’s privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data.
  9. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
  10. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in the Republic of Singapore.
  11. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Qualifying Customer and comply with these Promotion Terms.
