I have not received my reward for the Referral Campaign. Why?

To receive the reward, please check that the person you invited has completed all the required steps, and that the steps have been completed before the deadline.

Please note that campaign T&Cs are subject to change. Please check the Terms and Conditions communicated to you as part of the campaign to understand the exact conditions that apply. Generally, the person you invited should have:

  • Signed up using a promo campaign link provided by the referrer;
  • Verified their identity;
  • Added money by debit card or a bank transfer.

Please note: internal transfers do not count

  • Ordered a physical Revolut card;
  • Makes three genuine purchases with their virtual or physical card (transfers, gambling, gift cards, etc. are NOT valid).

Please note: Minimum amounts apply for each of the three card payments- please check the invitation email; the card payments can be in 'pending' state.

If your friend has performed all the above steps before the campaign deadline, a reward should be assigned to your account. You can find the deadline in the email invitation we sent you.

Please ask the person you have invited to reach out to our support team via chat in case they would like to clarify on the progress of their steps. Please also check the terms and conditions communicated to you as part of the campaign, as some additional conditions might be campaign specific.
