How can we help?

Why might my auto-exchange fail?

Low balances

At the time an auto-exchange is triggered you will need to have sufficient balance in your account to perform the auto-exchange. If you don’t have the full balance you specified, the auto-exchange would fail. You would then need to add money to your account and schedule another auto-exchange.

Daily exchange limit

For security reasons we limit the amount of exchanges / auto-exchanges to 30 in a 24-hour period. If you have an auto-exchange scheduled once you have exceeded this limit, it will fail and you will need to wait until the next day before scheduling another.

Locked account

If your account is locked for any reason, for security reasons auto-exchanges are not triggered until your account is unlocked. Once unlocked, your auto-exchange would again be available to be triggered the next time the current rate for the pair touches your target value. You would not need to reschedule it.

Price slippage

In a very volatile market, the current rate of the currency pair might have moved significantly in between the time your price target is hit, and the time the auto-exchange is attempted at the current rate, even though this time window is very small. In this case, auto-exchanges will not occur if the current rate has moved more than 0.75% for fiat or 5.0% for crypto from either side of your target value. The auto-exchange will be attempted again once your target value is hit again by the current rate.
