Ever wondered what it’s really like to go from student to solving real business problems at lightning speed? Meet Neha Vaze — an Operations Manager on the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme. From building impact-driving projects in her first few weeks to learning that no question is too small, Neha shares her honest take on life at Revolut — the pace, the challenges, and the unexpected moments that make it exciting.
What’s the most valuable skill you’ve developed since joining the Graduate Programme?
Things at Revolut move quickly, but people care deeply about delivering exceptional results, while also making sure things are well-planned and executed.
As a Rev-celerator Graduate, I've become much more of a ‘do-er’ — I’ve learnt how to take things from an idea to execution, and to think about the wider analysis and strategy alongside the nitty-gritty details of how something will be implemented in practice.

How would you describe the transition from university to working at Revolut? What’s your advice for future grads?
At university, you're only responsible for yourself. As a professional in the workplace, the work you do is counted on by many other people, and at Revolut, you get a lot of ownership and responsibility early on. My advice would be to spend time making sure you fully understand the project you're working on, what needs to be done, and the timelines involved. Get all your questions answered early on, even if it takes a bit of time to do so.
What’s been your best moment in the programme so far?
In my first few weeks here as a Graduate Operations Manager, I worked on a project to improve the merchant onboarding funnel. I felt unsure about many things to begin with, so it took a lot of figuring out — but my work had a much bigger impact than I expected, which was rewarding to see.
What’s been the most surprising part of your journey at Revolut?
One of the most surprising things has been realising how approachable big projects are. Before joining, I assumed they were only led by senior experts. But I’ve learned that even the most experienced people continue to problem-solve, ask questions, and keep learning.
Revolut is a place where everyone — from graduates to leaders — is encouraged to collaborate, innovate, and grow. That mindset makes you feel empowered to take initiative and trust that you’ll learn along the way.

Neha’s story shows that you don’t need all the answers right away — just the drive to figure them out.
