Rock en Seine 2025 - Long weekends promotion

What is the Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing and prospective Revolut Personal customers residing in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to take part in the RES x Revolut | Long weekends Promotion (the “Promotion”).

The Promotion allows:

• Existing and prospective Revolut Personal customers to get a Rock en Seine 2025 t-shirt featuring the festival line-up (the “Promotional Item”) upon purchasing a ticket to the Rock en Seine 2025 Festival; and
• Prospective Revolut Personal customers who sign up to Revolut for the first time to receive a cash reward of €20 (or currency equivalent) (the “Welcome Bonus”).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. By participating, you agree to comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the steps set out in these Promotions Terms between one of the following “Promotion Periods”:

• from 20 June 2025 (12:00 UTC) to 23 June 2025 (12:00 UTC);
• from 4 July 2025 (12:00 UTC) to 7 July 2025 (12:00 UTC); or
• from 25 July 2025 (12:00 UTC) to 28 July 2025 (12:00 UTC).

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must:

• Have a residential address in one of the Eligible Markets;
• If you are an existing customer: have an active Revolut Personal account without restrictions throughout the Promotion and at the time the Promotional Item is awarded;
• If you are a new customer: successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link shared by Rock en Seine and complete our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks before the end of one of the Promotion Periods.

You must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Periods:

• Purchase Rock en Seine tickets through the dedicated Revolut ticketing page; and
• Select Revolut Pay as your payment method.

How do I get my Promotional Item ?

A total of up to 900 Promotional Items will be awarded throughout the Promotion, with a maximum of 300 Promotional Items available during each of the three designated Promotion Periods. Should fewer than 300 t-shirts be claimed in any period, the remaining stock will automatically roll over and be added to the allocation for the subsequent Promotional Period.

If you are an Eligible Participant who has completed all the Required Steps, you will be presented with the option to select your preferred t-shirt and size during the payment process, prior to completing the purchase, after which you will receive a confirmation email from Rock en Seine. This promotion is on a first-come first-served basis and will only be available until stock lasts. Subject to this, you will be able to receive one t-shirt for each ticket purchased, up to a maximum of three t-shirts for each Eligible Participant.

Each Promotional Item has a retail value of between €25 and €28, is non-refundable, and must be collected in person by the Eligible Participant at the Festival merchandise kiosk during the Rock en Seine event.

How do I get my Welcome Bonus?

If you are a new customer who opens a Revolut Personal account through the Rock en Seine 2025 dedicated link during one of the Promotion Periods and completes a genuine card transaction of at least 1€ (or currency equivalent), you are entitled to the Welcome Bonus.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not qualify for the Welcome Bonus.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be considered genuine purchases for the purposes of this Promotion) that is not reverted by the merchant or for any other reason.

The Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the Welcome Bonus to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of you completing your first genuine card transaction.

The Welcome Bonus may be withdrawn or amended by Revolut before the end of the Promotion Period. Any changes to the Welcome Bonus will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion. Revolut reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Welcome Bonus if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the offer, or any breach of these Promotional Terms.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Rock en Seine in these Promotion Terms refers to GARACA SAS,a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 448 253 344, with its headquarters at 10-12 rue Maurice Grimaud, 75018 Paris, represented by Mr. Matthieu DUCOS.

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through an email, push notification and/or in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. If we confirm you are a winner, you are only entitled to the Promotional Item itself - you cannot ask us to provide you with the monetary value of the Promotional Item or ask us to exchange it for another product instead.

5. We reserve the right to reverse the Welcome bonus during the Promotion Period (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

a. the payment that earned you the Welcome Bonus is unsuccessful, cancelled or refunded to you;

b. you earned the Welcome Bonus fraudulently;

c. your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;

d. you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Welcome Bonus; and/or

e. we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms.

6. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Welcome Bonus or between the time of qualifying for the Welcome Bonus and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.

7. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support in the Revolut app if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

8. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any reward may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any Reward. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any Reward as part of this Promotion.

9. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Rock en Seine may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Rock en Seine's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Rock en Seine will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Rock en Seine you must manage your marketing preferences with Rock en Seine directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

10. These terms are published in English. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall apply, prevail and be conclusive and binding (please consult the below table to find out if your local language prevails).

11. If you are resident of Spain: Please note that any payment and price under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital and may be subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such price and or payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount of the price or payment received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding tax on the account, if applicable.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the applicable laws, the prevailing language and the courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
