What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering existing Revolut Pro customers residing in the United Kingdom, Romania, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Czechia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Latvia, Belgium, Slovakia, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Estonia, (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to receive a "Cash Award", upon spending the Required amount using their Revolut Pro card, as listed below:

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms,the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal and the Revolut Pro Account terms that apply to your Revolut Pro account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To participate in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Promotion Terms between 9 June 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 9 July 2025 (23:59 UTC) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period and the essential details of this Promotion will also be outlined in the in-app communication inviting you to participate in this Promotion (the “Promotion Invitation”).

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• Have a residential address in one of the Eligible Markets;
• Have successfully opened a Revolut Pro account at least 60 days before the starting day of Promotion Period;
• Have not made any outbound Pro card transactions in the last 60 days before the starting day of Promotion Period; and
• Have received the Promotion Invitation.
• You will also need to make card payments for the Required amount using your Revolut Pro card within the Promotion Period. The exact minimum spend amount will be indicated in your Promotion Invitation.

Your card payments can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut Pro card linked to your Revolut Pro account. They must be genuine purchases (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine and will not meet the requirement), to be considered an eligible card payment and meet the Eligibility Criteria.

How do I get my Cash Award?

If you meet the Eligibility Criteria within the Promotion Period, the Cash Award will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days after the end of the Promotion Period.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable and external circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through email, push and inbox. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to fault or gross negligence, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. The above exclusion does not in any way exclude liability which cannot be excluded under generally applicable law. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. We reserve the right to reverse the Cash Award if the payment that earned you the Cash Award is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Award fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to either your Revolut Personal account or Revolut Pro account in order to get the Cash Award, or if we become aware you did not comply with these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of any Cash Award to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you in the exact amount of the Cash Award.
5. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your Revolut Pro account ot either becomes suspended or restricted before we are due to credit your account with the Cash Award or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Award and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
6. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
7. These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language will prevail over the English version and will be used in legal proceedings (please refer to the below table to determine whether another language prevails and will be used in legal proceedings).
8. If you are resident of Spain: Please note that any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital and it may be subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account if it has been practiced. The total amount of the payment will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.
9. If you are resident of Hungary: By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut Group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with this entity. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
