We will:

- allow you to manage your marketing choices at any time.

This privacy notice sets out how we handle your personal data when you use the Revolut GlobalHire platform as a Consultant.

This notice only applies to personal data only.

2. About us and our role

Revolut Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) is the company responsible for collecting, and using, your data.

If you are a consultant using the Revolut GlobalHire platform ("Consultant") under the Revolut GlobalHire: Consultant Platform Terms of Use, our data protection role depends on the data we're processing:

- we act as an independent controller when we verify your identity (including the biometric identity check) and when we keep the platform secure; and

- for your employment data, we act as a processor on behalf of your Employer of Record provider ("EoR provider") and the Revolut GlobalHire Customer.

Your EoR provider is your legal employer and acts as an independent controller of your personal data. The Revolut GlobalHire Customer also acts as an independent controller of your personal data.

If you have concerns about how we use your personal data, you can contact us at dpo@revolut.com
