What is this Promotion about?
- What: earn a cash reward of 250 SEK (the Welcome Bonus) and be entered into a prize draw (the Prize Draw) for a chance to participate in the associated influencer’s youtube video (the Prize).
- Who: existing and new Revolut Personal customers residing in Sweden who complete the Required Steps below.
- When: The promotion will be available only for the time period specified in the promotion’s landing page (the Promotion Period). You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period.
Only new Revolut customers are eligible for the Welcome Bonus. Both new and existing Revolut customers are eligible for the Prize Draw.
These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
Eligibility and required steps
To be an Eligible Participant for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in Sweden,
- if you’re a new Revolut customer, not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity;
- if you’re an existing Revolut customer, be an active Revolut Personal customer with no restrictions on your account,
- have received an email, social media post or in-app communication inviting you to participate in this promotion (the Promotion Invitation), and
- be at least 18 years old.
The Required Steps are:
- Click on the unique link for the Promotion. This link will be on the associated influencer chosen channels;
- If you’re a new Revolut customer, follow the unique link for the Promotion and successfully open a Revolut Personal account, completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before the end of the Promotion Period. If you open an account using the normal account opening process in our App, without using the unique Promotion link, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion; and
- Only for the Welcome Bonus: make a single card payment of at least 0,01 SEK. Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts, e-wallets, gambling service providers, or the purchase of gift cards or currency do not count as genuine).
If you are an Eligible Participant and complete steps 1 and 2, but do not complete step 3, you will still be eligible for the Prize Draw.
When do I get the Welcome Bonus?
We’ll credit the Welcome Bonus to your new Revolut personal account within 30 calendar days of you completing the Required Steps above.
How does my entry to the Prize Draw work?
Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we’ll randomly select the winners from all Eligible Participants who have completed the Required Steps 1 and 2 (a card payment under step 3 is not required to enter the Prize Draw).
If you’re a winner, we’ll let you know via the email address registered to your Personal account. You’ll have 2 business days from the time we contact you to accept the Prize and provide us with any requested information. If you don’t respond to us within this time, your entry will be void and we’ll randomly select another winner.
If we realise you’re no longer eligible for this promotion after we have contacted you, we won’t be able to give you the Prize, and will randomly select another winner.
The Prize does not include any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses in attending the event. If you win, you’ll be responsible for such costs.
Legal bits and pieces

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so. If you have not already started to take part in the promotion, we may also freely withdraw this promotion after 10 days have passed. Any issues? Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or ends early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you this in the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms and conditions won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Welcome Bonus credited to your account and/or disqualify you from the Prize Draw. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any such reversal. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive the Welcome Bonus or Prize, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Welcome Bonus or Prize. |
Taxes | If you win a cash prize or receive any other benefit from this offer, it might be subject to income tax in your country of residence or where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax that might apply. Revolut is not responsible for your tax obligations related to this promotion. |
No prize substitution | If you win the Prize, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else. |
Data & Privacy | We will process your personal data in line with our Customer Privacy Notice. In particular:
You acknowledge that the Prize involves taking part in an influencer’s youtube video, which will involve being filmed and the recordings of you being published online. Revolut is not responsible for the collection or use of such recordings by the influencer. If you change your mind and no longer wish to claim the Prize, you can always let us know and we will select another winner. |
Exclusions | Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion. |
Language | The terms and conditions are published in English and Swedish. Please refer to the table below to find out which language applies and is legally binding, depending on the entity that provides your personal account. |
This promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this promotion.
