What is this promotion about?

What: Enter into a prize draw (the Prize Draw) for a chance to win Hammarby Tickets (the Prize). The specific details of the Prize will be outlined in the Promotion Invitation (as defined below).
Who: Existing Revolut Personal customers residing in Sweden (the Market) who complete the Required Step(s) below.
When: The promotion will run for the period specified in the Promotion Invitation (as defined below) (the Promotion Period). You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period.

These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

Eligibility and required steps

To be an Eligible Participant for this promotion, you must:

have a registered address in the Market,
have an active, unrestricted and unsanctioned Revolut Personal account,
have received an in-app or email communication inviting you to participate in this promotion (the Promotion Invitation), and
be at least 18 years old.

To enter the Prize Draw, the only Required Step is to submit your phone number associated with your Revolut account via the landing page linked in the Promotion Invitation. The Required Step must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period.

How does the Prize Draw work and how do I claim the Prize?

Within 7 calendar days after the end of the Promotion Period, we’ll randomly select the winner(s) from all eligible participants who have completed the Required Steps.

The exact number of winners will be specified on the promotion's landing page. The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

If you’re a winner, we’ll let you know via the email address registered to your Revolut Personal account. You’ll have 48 hours from the time we contact you to accept the Prize and provide us with any requested information. If you don’t respond to us within this time, you forfeit the Prize and an alternative winner will be randomly selected.

Once the winner communicates their acceptance, we will arrange for the Prize and necessary details to be sent via email within 30 days of the Prize being accepted.

The Prize does not include any related costs such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses involved in claiming, receiving or using the Prize. If you win, you'll be responsible for those costs.

Legal bits and pieces

Subject	Clause
Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Changes or early end	If the promotion changes or ends early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you this in the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms and conditions won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, these Promotion Terms, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Prize. By proceeding, you authorise and consent to any such reversal in advance.
Account closed or restricted	To receive any Prize, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended or restricted) at the time you are due to receive the Prize.
Taxes	You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Prize. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for any tax liability arising from your participation in the promotion.
No prize substitution	If you win the Prize, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else. However, if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control, we will pay you a cash equivalent.
Data & Privacy	We will process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account.
Third Party disclaimer	Hammarby Fotboll AB, as the event organiser, and/or AXS Sweden AB, as the ticketing platform, may apply their own terms and conditions for your admission to their events or service respectively. They determine all rules for access—including health, safety, and security measures like searches—at their sole discretion. When you accept such Third Party Terms, your agreement is directly with them, and Revolut is not a party to that agreement. If you have any questions about their terms or entry requirements, please reach out to Hammarby Fotboll AB or AXS Sweden AB directly. Revolut is not liable in the event you are not able to fully make use of the Prize due to your breach of the Third Party Terms.
Language	The terms and conditions are published in English and translated to Swedish. The English version of these terms prevails and will be used in any proceedings.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, with the registered address Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08105 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. The law that applies to these Promotion Terms is Lithuanian Law, and the competent courts of Lithuania (or in the courts of any EU Member State where you reside).
