What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering prospective Personal customers residing in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to receive a cash award of 20 EUR, 20 GBP, 20 CHF, 87 PLN, 100 RON, 150 DKK, 250 SEK or 250 NOK (the “Cash Award”) when you, as an Eligible Participant, complete the Required Steps.

Thx Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 22 January 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 31 December 2025 (23:59 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an Eligible Participant for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market listed above;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
• be at least 18 years of age.

You must complete the “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• Click on the Promotion’s unique link provided by Manchester City FC Ltd. This unique link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you will need to provide your phone number in order to be directed to the sign up flow for a Revolut Personal account.
• Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link.
• Make your first card payment (of a minimum amount of 1 EUR, 1 GBP, 1 CHF, 4.50 PLN, 5 RON, 7.50 DKK, 12.50 SEK or 12.50 NOK).

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets are not genuine purchase transactions).

How do I get my Cash Award?

The Cash Award will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the Required Steps being completed.

What other legal information should I know?

1. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced. Any changes to these Promotion Terms will not apply to you if you have already participated in the Promotion.
2. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
3. We reserve the right to reverse the Cash Award during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned you the Cash Award is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Award fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Cash Award, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms.
4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Cash Award or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Award and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
5. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice . Manchester City FC Ltd may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Manchester City FC Ltd's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Manchester City FC Ltd will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Manchester City FC Ltd you must manage your marketing preferences with Manchester City FC Ltd directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
6. These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
