Revolut does not charge you for transferring money within your foreign exchange allowance limit.
However, if you make a cross-currency transfer which exceeds the foreign exchange allowance you'll be charged 0.5% on that amount. Upgrade to Revolut Premium or Revolut Metal now to have unlimited foreign exchange allowance.
There are no fees for transferring money to other Revolut users or non-Revolut accounts in the SEPA region.
For payments outside the SEPA region, customers receive fee-free payments up to a prescribed allowance:
Outside these allowances, users are charged a variable international payment fee.
For international transfers in the local currency of the recipient country, users exceeding their allowance will be charged 0.3% of transfer value, with a minimum fee of 1.50 lei and a maximum fee of 25 lei.
International transfers in currencies other that of the local recipient country will be charged a flat fee of 15 lei when sending USD, GBP, EUR or CHF, or a flat fee of 25 lei for all other currencies.

The beneficiary bank may also charge a fee to receive your transfer. When your money is in transit, it might be processed by an intermediary bank who might also deduct a handling fee. Therefore, the amount received might be less than the amount you sent.
Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied even in the event of an unsuccessful transfer.
