I've been charged for a declined payment

If the transaction was declined on the merchant's side, but your account was still charged, this might be due to a problem with the card machine or merchant website, and the payment will be reverted automatically after 8 days.

To revert the payment faster, you need to contact the merchant, and they can either manually revert the transaction, or provide a written confirmation that they will not be claiming the funds, which we can use to revert the payment.
