What is this Promotion about?
Revolut is offering potential Revolut Personal customers residing in Poland (the “EligibleMarket”) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Sziget Festival 2025 Promotion Giveaway (the “Promotion”), by signing up to Revolut for the first time using a link provided by an affiliated Revolut partner (the “Partner”).
The Promotion allows potential customers to:
- receive 100 PLN (or currency equivalent) credited to their newly opened Revolut Personal account (the “NewCustomerOffer”); and
- voluntarily take part in a competition (the “Competition”) for a chance to win two 6-day full-passes to the Sziget Festival 2025 (to you and a plus one) and EUR 1000 (or currency equivalent) to cover accommodation and transportation (the “Prize”).
These terms and conditions together with Revolut’s landing page for this Promotion set out the rules that apply to this Promotion (the “PromotionTerms”). You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 7 July 2025 (00:00 CET) and 14 July 2025 (23:59 CET). We call this the “PromotionPeriod”.
What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?
To be considered an “EligibleParticipant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:
- reside in Poland;
- Be a new Revolut Personal customer (this means that you do not currently hold a Revolut Personal account or have held an account with any Revolut group entity in the past)and
- be at least 18 years of age.
You must also complete the following “RequiredSteps” beforethe end of the Promotion Period:
- click on the unique link for the Promotion. This link will be provided by the Partner on their social media, via Instagram Story on the 7 July
- This link will redirect you to Revolut’s landing page for this Promotion, where you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number and will be directed to the sign-up flow for a Revolut Personal account.
- You will need to follow the steps for opening a Revolut Personal Account, and successfully complete our onboarding and Know Your Customer checks (“KYC”) with no restriction on your account.
For the NewCustomerOffer, after completing the Required Steps:
- Top up your Revolut account in any value above 100 PLN;
- Once you have topped up your account you will need to use your balance to make a first genuine card transaction of at least 100 PLN
- Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).
For the Competition, after completing the Required Steps:
- answer the following question shared on the influencer’s Instagram story, on the 7 of July, via Direct Message along with your Revtag: “Masz Revoluta, bilet na Sziget i tylko 3 rzeczy do spakowania. Co zabierasz i dlaczego?”
You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.
How do I earn the New Customer Offer?
If you are an Eligible Participant and complete the above Required steps, the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the New Customer Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days after you complete the Required Steps.
How do I enter the Competition?
On 15 July 2025, the Competition Committee will evaluate the shortlisted entries from participants - previously selected by the Partners based on their relevance and originality - in order to determine the most creative answer. The answer must be creative and include the Revolut Revtag. Eligible Participant as the winner.
If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Personal account). We will provide you with a 48 hour window from the time we initially reach out to you to confirm your availability. If you do not respond within this time, the Competition Committee will determine the next most creative answer and select the another Eligible Participant from the Competition to be the winner. The 48 hour window will apply to the second drawn Eligible Participant, and so on, until we are able to confirm a winner.
If we contact you to tell you have won but within 48 hours of contacting you we realise that you do not meet the Eligibility Criteria or have not completed the Required Steps, we will be unable to award you with the Prize, and we will select another Eligible Participant from the Competition to be the winner.
Each Eligible Participant who is selected as a winner will have the same amount of time to accept the Prize.
How do I get the Prize if I am a winner?
Once the winner confirms their availability, Revolut will hand over the winner e-mail address and name to Sziget to agree on and to send the Prize. The Prize to the winner will be directly provided by the Sziget via the email address.
The winner of the Prize will be able to invite a plus one who must also be at least 18 years of age from the time the Prize winner is announced.
In the event that you win, you and your plus one will not be in a position to negotiate, re-sell (or seek to re-sell or transfer) your Prize to anyone else or for any market value or cash alternative. We agree to award the winner with two 6-day full-passes and an online accommodation voucher for up to EUR 1000 (or currency equivalent) (to cover accommodation expenses) in line with these Promotion Terms. This accommodation voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and if the value of the accommodation booked by the winner is lower than EUR 1000 (or currency equivalent), the difference will be lost and the winner will not have any claim to it.
This Promotion will not cover any other costs. You and your plus one will be responsible for paying for any additional costs that arise as a result of your journey and participation in the Sziget Festival. Neither Revolut nor Sziget are responsible for checking and/or applying for any tourist visas that you and/or your plus one may require for your trip, nor are we responsible for any applicable taxes that may arise.
How will you process my data?
If you choose to participate in this Promotion by completing the steps above, we’ll include you in a pool of entrants.
If you are the winner of this Promotion, you acknowledge that we will:
- need details from you and your plus one (including some or all of the following - (name, email address); and
- need a screenshot of your answer via Direct Message under the influencer’s Instagram Story; and
- share your and your plus one's details with Sziget in order to provide you with the Prize.

Revolut and Partners will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Sziget and their event.
What other legal information should I know?
1. Sziget in these Promotion Terms refers to SZIGET Cultural Management Private Company Limited by Shares (the “Sziget Festival” or “Sziget”).
2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above ifthe Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the New Customer offer and/or the Prize with the Sziget Festival or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. However, changes to the Promotion (including suspension or termination of the Promotion) will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion (unless required by applicable law).
4. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. We may decide not to grant you the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to award them to you:
- your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
- you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
6. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, we may not award you or may reverse the New Customer Offer if any of the following applies:
- the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
- your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
- you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
- you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
7. Employees of Sziget Festival & Revolut, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
8. If you decide to participate in the Competition, you agree to disclose and transfer your data to the Competition Organiser and Partners - Revolut Bank UAB and Partners in order to verify your eligibility for the prize, in the event that you are selected as the winner. Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Competition. By submitting your answer on the Partners Instagram Story, you accept the Competition Regulations and consent to the processing of your personal data and to our disclosure of your data to the Competition Organiser, including the disclosure that you are our client.
9. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is entirely your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit.
10. These Promotion Terms are published in Polish. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Polish language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The Polish version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
11. The Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, a game whose outcome depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling (Journal of Laws 2025.595).
12. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, registered at Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Despite this, you can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in the Republic of Lithuania (or in the courts of any EU Member State where you reside).
