What is this Promotion about?
As part of the promotion (the "Promotion”), Revolut is offering current and potential customers in Poland a reduced fee for adding money with a stored International Debit or Prepaid Card that has not been issued in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland (e.g. cards from the USA).
This Promotion will run between 00:00 CEST on 4 April 2026 and 23:59 CEST on 4 April 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).
These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
The Promotion is brought to you by Revolut Bank UAB (“Revolut Bank”).
What do I have to do to participate in the Promotion?
The promotion is available to all Revolut Bank UAB customers who have a residential address in Poland.
Benefits of the promotion
As part of this Promotion, for each participant who meets the conditions of the Promotion, we will reduce the fee for adding money with an stored International Debit or Prepaid Card that was not issued in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland (e.g. cards from the USA) to 1.66% of the transaction value.
Adding money with stored Business and Commercial cards will not be covered by the Promotion.
The above-mentioned Promotion is automatically applied to every participant who fulfils the conditions of the Promotion. The reduced fee is only valid during the Promotion Period.
What other legal information should I know?
- This Promotion is organized and offered by Revolut Bank UAB, a company whose registered address is at Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, Lithuania.
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- You cannot ask us to extend the promotion if you do not manage to take part in it.
- These Promotion Terms are published in English and in Polish. To the extent permitted by law the Polish language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The Polish version shall be used in any legal proceedings. Nevertheless, you can rely on applicable laws in your country regarding the language used in consumer relations.
- To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Despite this, you can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in the Republic of Lithuania or Poland.
