ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT
This is the addendum (the “Addendum”) between:
- you, the account holder; and
- us, Revolut Bank UAB (a company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania with company number 304580906 and whose registered office and head office is at Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania).
- to the agreement between you and us on the terms and conditions for your Revolut personal account including Personal Terms, Personal fees and other terms and conditions governing the services we provide to you (the “Agreement”). The terms and conditions that form the Agreement are listed below in Annexes 1- 5.
- We conclude this Addendum following the issue of Decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (No RBG-4/2024) dated 23 December 2024 and the finding that the changes made between 29 September 2020 and 8 December 2023 to the Agreement were ineffective.
- We hereby provide you with the amended Personal terms, Personal fees and other terms and conditions governing the services we provide, which constitute annexes to this Addendum.
- By entering into this Addenum, you and us agree that from the day of its conclusion, with regard to the products you have, we will be bound by the terms and conditions set out in Annexes 1- 5 to this Addendum.
- The conclusion of this Addendum does not result in the conclusion of a new contract for the provision of additional services that you do not use.
- The Addendum comes into force once you and us have concluded it.
- In matters not covered by this Addendum, the provisions of the amended terms and conditions of the Agreement, as set out in the Annexes to this Addendum, shall apply.
- The Addendum has been drawn up in Polish. If another language version is also made available, the Polish version shall remain binding.
- The Annexes to the Addendum are an integral part of it.
