What is the promotion about?

  • What: you can be entered into a competition (the “Competition”) to win 2 (two) General Admission Weekend Tickets for the Hungarian Grand Prix 2026 - F1 Race (taking place between 21.07.2026 - 26.07.2026; valued at €160 each) (the “Prize”), in collaboration with the affiliate Revolut Influencer Maciej Jermakow (the Partner).
  • Who: new Revolut Business customers (you or your) with a registered address in Poland(the “Market”) who complete the required steps below.
  • When: The promotion will run between 7.06.2026 to 21.06.2026 (the PromotionPeriod). You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period.


These terms and conditions and this promotion’s landing page set out how this promotion works. You must comply with these terms and conditions and the terms of your new Revolut Business account to participate in this promotion.


Eligibility and required steps

To be eligible for this promotion (the “EligibleParticipants”), you must:

  • have a registered address in Poland;
  • not have or have previously had a Revolut Business account with any Revolut entity (if your business already has a Revolut Business account or had a Revolut Business account previously, you won’t be eligible for this Promotion); and
  • be eligible to open a Revolut Business account.


The required steps (the “RequiredSteps”) are:

  • Click on the unique link for the Promotion. This link will be provided by the Partner Influencer Maciej Jermakow on their social media, via Youtube video description published on the 7.06.2026 with title including “+KONKURS REVOLUT BUSINESS”
  • Follow the unique link for the Promotion and successfully open a Revolut Business Account, completing our Know Your Business (KYB) checks before the end of the Promotion Period. If you open an account using the normal account opening process in our App, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion; and
  • Top-up your account: make an initial deposit (“top up” into your Revolut Business account of a minimum of 0.01 PLN
  • Enter the Competition: write a comment under the Partner Influencer’s, Maciej Jermajow, Youtube video published on his Youtube channel on the 7.06.2026 with title including “+KONKURS REVOLUT BUSINESS” answering the competition question posted in the video.


How does the Competition work and when do I get the Prize?

Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, the Partner Influencer, Maciej Jermakow, will review all comments answering the question posed submitted by Eligible Participants who completed the Required Steps. He will select one (1) winner based on which comment provides the most creative and relevant answer to the competition question.


Selection and Validation of Winners

1. Notification: The winner will be contacted via a public reply to their comment on the YouTube platform. The notification will instruct the winner to initiate contact with the Partner via a designated email address.

2. Verification Requirements: To claim the prize, the winner must provide the Partner with:

a) The CompanyName associated with the account.

b) The EmailAddress used to register via the specific promotional link provided.

3. Validation & Delivery: The Partner reserves the right to verify the provided information against internal registration logs.


If you’re the winner, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days. You’ll have 48 hours from the time we contact you to accept the Prize and provide us with any requested information. If you don’t respond to us within this time, your entry will be void and we’ll select another winner.


If we realise you’re no longer eligible for this promotion after we have contacted you, we won’t be able to give you the Giveaway Prize, and will select another winner.


The Prize (electronic tickets) will be dispatched by us via email only upon successful confirmation of the user's eligibility and the accuracy of the submitted data.


Please note: the Prize does not include any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses in attending the event. If you win, you’ll be responsible for such costs.

Promotion abuse or misuse

We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused or could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation.

Changes or early end

If the promotion changes or ends early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion.


Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.

Fraud or rule-breaking

If you breach the Revolut Business Terms, these terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Giveaway Prize credited to your account. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any such reversal.

Account closed or restricted

To receive the Prize, you must have an active Business account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Prize.

Taxes

You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Prize. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the Promotion.

Data and Privacy

We’ll process your personal data in line with the Revolut Business Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Business account.


Sauber Motorsport AG may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. The Partner may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. In such a situation, the Partner acts as a separate controller. For more information regarding the Partner's personal data processing, please contact the Partner, as it falls outside of Revolut's remit.

Language

The terms and conditions are published in English. The English version of these Promotion Terms will prevail and will be used in any legal proceedings.


This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, with a registered address of Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08105 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. The law that applies to these terms and conditions is Lithuanian law and the courts of Lithuania or any EU Member State where you reside have jurisdiction. You can still also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the EEA country where you live.
