Why was my credit application rejected?
Credit applications can be rejected for many different reasons depending on the individual circumstances of the applicant.
If you’ve been rejected on the basis of information we obtained from the credit bureau and you want more information on your credit history you’ll need to contact the credit bureau directly.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any information about the contents of your credit search directly to you. If you’re unclear as to why you were rejected, please get in touch via our in-app chat.
