Will I still be able to make a complaint about RTL after Brexit?

Under UK regulation, the rules relating to complaints will remain the same after Brexit. Therefore, depending on the circumstances of your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within six months of the date of our final response to you if you are unhappy with how we have dealt with your complaint.
