Issues with receiving verification codes

What exactly is happening?
Verification codes are not being delivered, which means that you might have trouble logging in to the app, changing your phone number, adding a beneficiary or making a transfer.

  • I don’t receive the SMS code while adding a new beneficiary
  • I can’t log in to my account because I didn’t receive a verification code
  • I can’t make a transfer or add a new beneficiary

Ok, so what should I expect?
