Issues with card payments and ATM withdrawals

What exactly is happening?
You might have trouble using your card at the moment. Payments and ATM withdrawals might be declined or they might stay in Pending for longer than usual.

  • I tried paying with my Revolut card, but the transaction was declined
  • I didn’t get any cash from the ATM, but the money was taken from my account
  • I can’t use my card for online payments

Ok, so what should I expect?
We recommend carrying a replacement card in the meantime. You might also try creating a virtual card in the Revolut app , and attaching it to either Google Pay or Apple Pay. Any ‘Pending’ transactions will be returned to your balance soon. We’re already working hard on a solution, and will keep you updated.
