Issues with adding money to your account

What exactly is happening?
Sometimes when money is added to your account it may appear as ‘Pending’ for longer than usual. Your balance might not be changing, even though you’ve tried adding money to your account. When you tap on your most recent request to add money, it appears as ‘Pending’ or ‘Failed’.

  • I tried adding money to my Revolut account but the request has failed
  • I tried adding money, but my account balance didn’t change
  • My request to add money is pending for longer than usual

Ok, so what should I expect?
If your request to add money remains in ‘Pending’ for longer than 15 minutes, we will automatically revert it back to the source. We’re already working hard on a solution, and will keep you updated.
