Executive

At the heart of Revolut, the executive team is in charge of running the company. Under the guidance of the CEO, our experienced executives are strategically placed in different parts of the business to make sure their impact is maximised. With expertise from different domains, the executive function groups together the most experienced and talented people in their areas with the mission to make Revolut the financial Superapp of the future.

How we work

The team groups together all the roles which involve executive decisions, from engineering to finance and other functions that are critical in the company. These roles are further differentiated based on the areas they specialise on, for example financial executives who have additional skills on the finance side or product executives who come with a product skillset. Members are usually experienced decision makers and have expertise in their fields.

How we collaborate

Working directly with the CEO, the executive team is driving Revolut's key strategic projects. Each member is expected to work on complex problems in an autonomous way and to have a direct impact on the most important goals of the company.
