I can’t see the refund of an iDEAL payment, what can I do?
If the merchant has indicated that they’ve refunded your payment, you should see the refund as a bank transfer. You should get the money back in your bank account the next business day.
We recommend you contact the merchant and ask them the date on which they processed the refund. It's possible that the merchant made a mistake in the refund, or the payment has been stuck in their administrative system.
If the bank transfer refund was successful, the merchant would be able to provide you with a payment confirmation, containing your account number and the date of the Credit Transfer.
