What is the promotion about?
- What: Revolut Bank UAB (“Revolut”) is offering prospective Business customers the opportunity to sign up for a Revolut Business account for the first time using a communication from us or a link provided by an affiliated Revolut partner (each, a “Partner”), and receive a net 200€ welcome bonus (the “Welcome Bonus”).
- Who: Prospective new Revolut Business customers (you or your) in Malta, Cyprus and Greece (together, the “Markets” and each a “Market”).
- When: The Promotion will run from 7 of July 2026 to 31 of December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
This promotion will be offered to prospective Revolut Business customers that receive a communication from Revolut or our Partner inviting them to access this offer (the “PromotionInvitation”).
These terms and conditions and this promotion’s landing page set out how this promotion works. You must comply with these terms and conditions and the terms of your Revolut Business account to participate in this promotion.
Eligibility and required steps
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in a Market;
- not have or have previously had a Revolut Business account with any Revolut entity; and
- receive a Promotion Invitation, from us or our Partner, inviting you to access this promotion.
The required steps are:
- Click on the Promotion unique Link: this will be provided on the Promotion Invitation you receive from the Partner or from Revolut, which will direct you to the Landing Page;
- Successfully open a Revolut Business account, through the unique link, by completing the required Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks; and
- Top up your Revolut Business account by a minimum of 0.01€.
You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Business account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our App, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion.
When do I get the Welcome Bonus?
Eligible Participants can claim their Welcome Bonus during the Promotion Period by completing the Required steps mentioned above.
After you have successfully completed the Required Steps, Revolut will credit the Welcome Bonus to your Revolut Business account within 10 (ten) business days.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if we believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so, unless we act with fault or gross negligence. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app. |
Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or ends early, we will tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (email). Where possible, we will give notice through email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Revolut Business Terms, these terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Welcome Bonus credited to your account. By proceeding, you authorise in advance any such reversal. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive the Welcome Bonus, you must have an active Business account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Welcome Bonus. |
Taxes | You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Welcome Bonus. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the pPromotion. |
Data and Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Revolut Business Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Business account. |
Exclusions | Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of the Partner are not eligible for this promotion. |
Language | The terms and conditions are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail |

The law that applies to these terms and conditions is Lithuanian law and the courts that have jurisdictions are the courts of Lithuania (or the courts of any EU Member State where you reside).
