What is the excess for medical claims?
For Premium and Metal customers, the excess is £50 for any medical expense claim, which is the amount you are responsible for paying if you make a claim. The excess fee for emergency dental cover is £50.
For standard annual travel insurance, the excess is £75 for any medical expense claim, which is the amount you are responsible for paying if you make a claim.
