About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe. These people can do it all: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀

We’re looking for a Product Sales Manager (Enterprise) to play a key role in developing Revolut’s commercial footprint across Europe for our Embedded Finance team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a team of Product Sales Executives, owning all aspects of performance and development 
  • Driving daily activity and managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales team 
  • Coaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales process
  • Owning training and development for your team 
  • Taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
  • Discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets 
  • Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values

What you'll need

  • 2+ years managing a technology or financial solutions sales team of 3+ individuals
  • 2+ years of experience in a target-driven role selling technology or financial solutions
  • 2+ years demonstrable knowledge of API-based payments or API-issued card solutions
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, start-up, or scale-up environment
  • A proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accounts
  • An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quotas on a consistent basis
  • Impeccable presentation and listening skills, and to be comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)
  • Readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation
  • The ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, if/when local policies and guidelines permit
