My card has been lost or stolen

Please head to the Cards tab in the web app, click on the relevant card and freeze your card straight away to protect your funds from fraudulent payments.

You can order a replacement card right away via express delivery if you need it quickly. Express delivery usually takes up to 3 working days depending on the country. A replacement fee might apply, please contact support to get more details.

If you believe your card may have been used fraudulently, submit a chargeback form.

If you don’t have access to the business account or mobile app, you can also block your card by calling our automated phone line: +44 2033 228 352.
