Implementing HR software is typically a difficult and lengthy process. We’re here to change this. As the first Customer Success Manager, you’ll have a direct influence on the way we go about it. Being the voice of the customer and identifying best practices to shape our operations and the experience of our customers. 

Your mission is to build and lead a world-class Customer Success team from scratch, relentlessly focusing on providing the fastest and most streamlined onboarding experience for clients and partners, driving exponential growth in product usage in your client book, and building trusted relationships with your clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collecting customer requirements and design implementation strategies to achieve their business objectives
  • Onboarding new customers, including product implementation and project management for GTM
  • Working with customers to drive product adoption within their organisation and building strategies to continually increase engagement
  • Implementing a system to document and communicate product feedback to relevant teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Building and maintaining internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams to reference, including self-service instructions

What you'll need

  • A bachelor's degree - 2:1, or above
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success of SAAS platforms
  • Experience working with a range of business stakeholders and building trusted relationships
  • Track record of excellence in your previous roles, consistently performing above expectations
  • Experience managing product implementation and GTM with clients
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, independent problem solver, and highly flexible team player

Nice to have

  • A STEM background
  • Expertise within the HR SAAS space
  • Past experience managing user training programs and driving product education
