About the role
The Account Executive team is the engine of Sales. Account Executives identify opportunities, conduct outreach via telephone, email and social, and work with Sales Managers to drive deals through the funnel, owning end-to-end activation. The team is focused on solution based sales, uncovering complexities and unnecessary costs in our clients' business financial processes which are addressed through Revolut Business' market leading offering. Key product offerings include Revolut’s market leading FX and hedging, domestic and international payments, innovative company cards, acquiring, expenses and payroll, augmented by constant product innovation and new releases. KPIs for the role are focussed on new revenue generation each quarter, with a market leading discretionary commission structure based on individual performance.

What you’ll be doing
- Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through closed deal
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of inbound and outbound potential clients within the company’s CRM
- Clearly communicate our value proposition business decision makers
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Revolut’s business solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Achieve and exceed quarterly quota expectations tied to new business activations and revenue generated
What you'll need
- 1-5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Growth mindset: desire to improve and receive coaching
- Ability to problem solve on the fly
- Bachelor’s Degree (in finance or business related subject is a bonus)
- Current US work authorization
Nice to have
- Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset
- Experience from reputable start-up is a plus
- Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally
- Curiosity and an attitude of a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
