I can't receive SMS messages
If you have problems with receiving sms messages, we can send an email instead in certain cases.
To receive emails, we need to confirm your email address.
- Please go into your Profile by tapping on the profile icon in the top left corner of the app,
- Select "Personal details", after which you may provide your email address,
- Go to your email account on your mobile device and tap the link in the email we sent. Remember to check your spam folder in case you can't find it in your inbox.
