My card has been compromised

If you believe that your card has been used without your permission, please freeze the card immediately from the 'Cards' section of the app or our website to protect your money.

If you believe your card may have been used fraudulently, please fill out our online chargeback form for us to help with the issue.

You can order a replacement card from within the app and you will be provided with an estimated delivery date.
